From 100 to 150 euro per night for 2 person
20 euro per night each extra person
Children from 0 to 2 years are free, from 3 to 10 years 50 % discount
Minimum stay: 3 nights
The rates are ALL INCLUSIVE and include city tax, final cleaning, utilities, towels and bed linen. Guests are asked to clean the kitchenette and the kitchen tools by themselves.
Rates and minimum stay can vary during public holidays, bridge days and during special offers.
We offer special rates for long stays.
Extra rates and services on request:
- daily cleaning during the whole stay: 25 Euro per day
- cleaning on request: 35 Euro
- change of bed linen: 30 Euro
- “breakfast at home” (you will find everything necessary for a complete breakfast in the kitchenette): 4 Euro per person per day.
The keys will be handed over to the guests at check-in. During the stay we kindly ask the guests to respect the generally applicable house rules, especially in relation to noise.
At check-in a security deposit of minimum 200 Euro in cash is requested, which will be returned to the guests at check-out after inspection of the conditions of the apartment.
